We are a brand new storage facility in Capitola. All lighting throughout the building are connected to motion sensors to reduce electrical usage. We recently refitted the entire facility to LED lighting, eliminating 550 T8 fluorescent lamps. The storage lockers have 20min timers for interior lights. The interior of the facility maintains 55F-60F Without any active heating/cooling. We are committed to recycling and offering recycled/post consumer products to our customers.
