We do not use plastic water bottles, we compost all food scraps and bring the green waste back to our facility when there is not a compost bin at a catering event. We use all compostable disposables or reusable plateware, glassware, linens, etc. We discourage our clients from using non-compostable or recyclable handouts and favors. We use recycled office products; do at least 90% of our proposals, contracts and correspondence on line.
