Our office has been implementing green business strategies in a variety of ways to protect the health and safety of our employees. 1. We have strictly been recycling waste by providing recycle bins. We have also encouraged our employees to do the same by reminding them in many ways like putting up posters in the office and letting them know about our green business program during orientation. 2. We have requested all our present and future clients to pay us via ACH/Wire transfer instead of checks. 3. We have also adopted the online payment system in regards to the payment of our bills towards utilities and other Administrative expenses. 4. We have continued to encourage our employees to reduce the use of paper and use more of electronic tools like email, Power Point, Word etc. In an unavoidable situation we encourage them to use recycled paper. 5.
