Culinary Excellence is a preferred caterer to many of the Bay Area's finest venues. We are greener than our competitors in many ways. Firstly, in our bathrooms we don't use paper towels but rather offer washcloths and larger towel options. We wash all of those in house with our energy star washer and dryer. Secondly, we own all of our own glassware, china and silverware which we highly encourage our clients to use.
